I photographed Henrys Newborn session in my studio and he was the cutest little boy! When photographing newborns I always ask the parents for their colour preferences so I can get ideas for the photography session. For Henrys session we used blues and Greys, which is very popular for newborn boys. I love it when siblings get in the photos as well, these can be the cutest photos and great memories for parents!
When should I book in My newborn photography?
Don’t wait too long to book in your newborn session. Newborn photographers get booked up quickly, so it’s best to book in while you are pregnant. When photographing babies its best to do newborn sessions before 2 weeks. It’s at this time that your little newborn will be more sleepy and be able to be posed in those cute little poses that you love! I do photograph newborns up to 8 weeks but you may just get some more awake photos depending on the baby.
