Hi and welcome to my blog! This blog is looking back over Angelo’s newborn session. He was the sweetest little baby, with the cutest hair and and little cheeks. Angelo did take a while to settle which is quite often how newborn sessions start but after some milk and cuddles with mummy he slowly settled and fell asleep. Concentrating on photographing Angelo on his own first and then we moved on to some family photos at the end of the session. I love this session and the family newborn photos are so beautiful
Are you Looking to book in a newborn photoshoot in London?
My newborn photography sessions take place in studio in Sidcup South East London. I photograph newborns up to the age of 6-8 weeks but the best time to photograph a newborn is under 2 weeks. This is because your newborn baby has just come from your womb where they are used to being all sleepy and warm and cosy. Your newborns after 2 weeks will begin to become a bit more alert and not all poses are possible with older newborns. I never turn older newborn away though as you can still get the cutest newborn photos!
When you book in your newborn session with me I would book you in for the month of your due date. You would then let me know once baby is here and come in for your newborn photoshoot within 2 weeks of the birth. I book a limited amount of newborn sessions a month to allow for early and late babies.
A few more helpful things about my sessions …….
- I am a newborn photographer based in Sidcup South East London
- My newborn session will last about 3 hours and these can include parent and sibling photos as well
- It’s a £99 deposit which will be taken off from the newborn package you choose. All of my pricing can be found here
- Your edited photos would be ready to view 2 weeks after your session
- I provide all of the props so you don’t need to bring anything with you
- It’s best to book in while you are pregnant if you can as I can’t always accommodate last minute bookings
